Local Pickup

We are located in Houston, Texas. If you reside in the Houston area or nearby, we do offer local pickup if you prefer that instead of shipping. We will contact you via email when your order is ready. Pickups are at our retail location, 7075 FM 1960 W, STE 3, Houston, TX 77075. 

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. ONCE YOU LEAVE THE STORE WITH YOUR ITEMS, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE ORDER FORM LEFT IN  THE STORE.

 

Turnaround

We ship most items within 1-2 business days and most custom orders within 3-5 business days.

If you need an order by a certain date, contact us and we will help you choose the best shipping option. If you'd like, you may ask us to RUSH your order - all RUSH orders will incur a $25 charge. Contact us to determine if we are able to meet your in-hand date. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only.

We only ship to addresses in the 48 lower states through our online checkout.
If you reside in Hawaii, Alaska, or another US territory, please send us a message to place an order.

PGE offers $6.99 flat rate shipping for orders under $75.00 and free shipping for orders over $75.00 (PRE-TAX & AFTER DISCOUNTS). Some of our larger items or orders may be excluded or require us to use a different shipping method - contact us if you're having troubles checking out.

You will receive an email notification when your order ships. You may view the status of your order as well as your tracking number when you log into your account on our website.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of in store purchase or delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Items returned must be accompanied by a return form or receipt in order for us to know who to credit for the merchandise.

Items that are non returnable/non-refundable:

** No returns for user error including not following advised directions. Please read all directions for material prior to using. If you have any questions please let us know and we will gladly assist! **

Customized items cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to custom printed vinyl, sublimation transfers, vinyl transfers, and engraved items. If you are dissatisfied with an item, contact us for resolution.


You should expect to receive your refund (credited to your original method of payment) within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
