We are located in Houston, Texas. If you reside in the Houston area or nearby, we do offer local pickup if you prefer that instead of shipping. We will contact you when your order is ready and will confirm our pickup address at that time. Most pickups are at our retail location, 7075 FM 1960 W, STE 3, Houston, TX 77075. You must provide a printed receipt or show us a digital copy in order to receive your items.
We ship most items within 1 business day and most custom orders within 3-5 business days.
If you need an order by a certain date, contact us and we will help you choose the best shipping option. If you'd like, you may ask us to RUSH your order - all RUSH orders will incur a $25 charge. Contact us to determine if we are able to meet your in-hand date. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only.

Personal Gifts Etc. offers flat rate shipping for orders under $50 USD and free shipping for orders over this amount. Some of our larger items or orders may be excluded or require us to use a different shipping method - contact us if you're having troubles checking out.

You may return most new, unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of in store purchase or delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Items returned must be accompanied by a return form or receipt in order for us to know who to credit for the merchandise.

Customized items cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to custom printed vinyl, sublimation transfers, vinyl transfers, and engraved items. If you are dissatisfied with an item, contact us for resolution.
You should expect to receive your refund (credited to your original method of payment) within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
